Guaranted price lock?
Part of the reason I went to T-MOBILE was because of their Guarantee that there would be no increases. Now they are increasing the price because things cost more. I understand that, but that is ex...
I'm in the same boat, Was guaranteed no price increases ever by Sprint.
When T-mobile bought Sprint, they bought any obligations that Sprint had, including my lifetime fixed price. If they didn't like this arrangement, then they shouldn't have bought Sprint.
Shame on you T-mobile for not living up to your committments.
I'm sure they'll send out some legal mumbo jumbo showing some fine print that gives them a loophole and makes them completely innocent of any wrongdoing. It's the new American Way.
