Yep, In my opinion T-Mobile is involved in deceptive business practices. Because of this practice I no longer recommend T-Mobile to anyone, in fact I tell everyone to stay away from them. Their deceptive action has forever changed my views of this greedy corporation. I no longer purchase any phones from them and instead choose to buy unlocked phones from elsewhere, including my latest 2 new Samsung S24 Ultra phones. T-Mobile used to be a good company, now they suck and it is costing them money with poor customer satisfaction due to their greed.
