Price increase Magenta 55+ rate was guaranteed
What?! I've been happy with T-Mobile for a few years now, and thought I was with an ethically operated company. I've had no reason to complain. However just today I received a text that in 2 weeks...
Same thing that happened to me. Read my post under deceptive practices.
Yes I was deceived too, and from what I've read, many customers fell for T-Mobile's un-promise. It's not OK.
The thing that really rubs salt in this wound is they're advertising the home internet with a price-lock guarantee. Why are they doing this when they made the same promise on our phone plans. Are they that dumb or just dishonest? It's disappointing!
Greed, dishonest, and they think the consumer is dumb and gullible.
