Is there a way to retrieve my prepaid balance?
Hello folks
I ordered something that seems to be plan refill before I get a new sim card. And all the agents I’ve met say they can’t technically help me find my old balance. I finally got connected to a prepaid department person, but she couldn’t help. Is there a solution?
