What does jump do on protection 360?

I have an LG K30, it has protection 360 with “jump” on it, but I don’t exactly know what jump does. I’ve had my LG since may of 2018 and it’s just now running into some problems as it’s so outdated. This protection 360 has costed $9/month and I’ve never sent this phone in.
