SyncUp KIDS watch still not working on T-Life app
27 days since my original post, still the same. My husband and I are considering to switch to another carrier in 2025.
I was able to get mine to add contacts. I have another son who already has contacts set up. It would not let me add those contacts to the new watch. I deleted all my existing contacts for the watches and then added them back and checked both watches and it worked. This may not be your same situation, but that is what worked for mine.

Thank you for your reply and suggestion! Unfortunately, it did not work for my husband's phone and my daughter's SyncUp KIDS watch. 😞 After I deleted contacts, I sent him once again an invitation link which led to nowhere. But I appreciate you sharing your experience!
I cannot believe that T-Mobile has not provided us with a solution. Our ticket number has been open for months now. I don't understand why they removed SyncUp KIDS app which was working find. T-Life is useless.
If anyone else has solutions or suggestions, please let me know. We switched T-Mobile in June. We are very disappointed with T-Mobile and its poor follow ups ,and regret that we switched.

This is obnoxious. T Mobile obviously doesn't care about the kids watch enough to fix the problems. Christmas morning and I can't set up contacts on the new watch.
