Exhausted trying to get T-Mobile to T-Mobile Promotion
I signed up for a T-Mobile Tuesday Promotion back in November 2023. This was for a Fire TV is I joined T-Mobile 5g Internet Service. And Maintained for 2 Months. Well I did just that but I never received the codes for this promotion to submit for Amazon to send the TV. (This is part of the process)
I have contacted customer support several times, phone, chat etc. Everyone I speak to agrees that I qualified. I get the repeated promises that they have contacted the proper department to moves this along. But no one has contacted me back, everytime I call its the same promises etc. I have gone to stores, but I get a snicker at the stores that it has to be handled via support.
Any help or ideas, to get this resolved.

I’m currently going through the same exact issues with no code, no answers…is this even legit? The service has been good but not $160 a month good plus a false advertisement for a “FREE AMAZOM FIRE TV” with purchase of this plan.. am I missing something?

I'm having the same issue with them for the TV. They had the nerve to tell me to purchase the TV and they will credit my bill for the amount of the TV. Like what!!! They want me to spend MY money for something that was promised for free. No way. Too many people have had this problem which points to a classaction lawsuit.

Yes!! They try so hard to avoid responding about the TV promotion every time i try to reach out for any help, it is absolutely RIDICULOUS!! They bribe you with a “FREE 40inch AMAZON FIRE TV”… “ if you sign up for the $160 monthly home internet plan”… which I did, and still no answers, no emails, no promo codes. Are there grounds to sue? I am upset enough to join you on that lol and $160 is so expensive for internet!! I can barely afford it!! I mainly signed up for the TV because my kids need one.. I’m so angry and disappointed. Companies shouldn’t be able to do this to people. It’s false advertisement.

I had gotten the 5g T-Mobile Internet with the two 5g mobile lines. The deal I took was for the free Amazon fire. They said they sent me the code in my email and my phone. I checked them both and the only thing I got was for Netflix. No redeem code to use on Amazon. I checked spam folders .. well I called them and got yelled at for not calling sooner. They told me it would take like 180 days or something until I would see the code I signed up in November 2024 it's now Feb 2025 they are telling me I am out of options because I waited too long. The deal is a sham. I checked everywhere it's not on my phone or email. I was looking forward to the deal to use for my kids. I am very upset that they just brushed me away when they was the ones that told me it would take so long and when I call I get the third degree. It's very frustrating.. I do like the service though. I just wish they would follow through with their promises.

Fdrich, same here. Even after checking monthly, I am on messenger right now with "Nick" being told the promo theye sent (never did) is now expired and I can only receive $300 credit. This guy even shamed me for not contacting them sooner. BS as I have checked every month and the status never chnges. What a rip off.

I’m waiting for the same promotion. I was approved for the internet promotion when I switched to their internet service back in April and still haven’t received my $200.00 Visa card. It’s been well over 10 weeks and they keep saying “it takes 10 weeks to approve, you’ll receive it soon”. Total bull crap
