$50 Virtual Prepaid mastercard Home Internet
What are the actual requirements to receive the promotion? They are not listed anywhere that I can find.

I failed to use card my promotional master caed before the expiration date. Is it possible to have the card reactivated or a new card issued?

I was unable to receive my rebate from back when i signed up las December. The website “could not valikdate” my code. I contacted Tmo and was informed that there was a system issue and that a physical card would be mailed out. After 3 weeks contacted them again to inform I had not received it. The rep then informed me a new card would be mailed out, and even gave me the last 4 digits for my reference. Never got it. I gave up. Good luck.

I thought this prepaid card would come in the mail. I wasn’t aware that it was virtual and since my number is just connected to the internet, I didn’t receive a notification that it was approved. It has now expired. Is there any way to get this back? Thanks

My rep told me to call 844-275-9310 after I got my device and give the 2nd rep my account number. When I called I actually got a tech, but he was very helpful and gave me the promo code and the website. He even stayed on the phone while I did it. It was pretty basic. I don’t remember the promo code or the website, but again, he looked it up on his end and walked me through it. He was very helpful.

I’m having the same problem. I’m surprised no one has responded a month after your post. Did you figure it out?
