502 Bad Gateway Error

@JohnS2020 Did you use the T-Mobile internet app to set up your gateway? If so, can you connect your phone, computer, or tablet via wifi to the new gateway? If not, some people said they had success resetting the gateway. Depending on the type, the reset button is on the side or bottom.
