Access Denied from Home Internet, works from phone
I’m trying to access a particular website, www.myebanking.net and I can access it from the phone network on T-Mobile, but it is being blocked if I use the T-Mobile Home Internet router (the new rectangular one; I don’t have the old cylindrical one).
If I try to access from computer or phone hooked up through the T-Mobile Home Internet router I am getting:
Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "http://www.myebanking.net/" on this server.

Interestingly, the error message is wrong because it is automatically inserting http:// in front of the address, even though I’m accessing the https version of the site.
Again, this occurs from multiple devices on multiple operating systems if accessed through the home internet service, but works totally fine from a T-Mobile phone in the same room if connecting directly to the net without going through the home internet router.
The home internet router, of course, has absolutely no settings that can be altered, so there isn’t anything I can tweak there to figure things out.

Apparently it fixed itself. I know that isn’t helpful, but its been working and I hadn’t thought about this again. Good luck!

Jan 13, 2025 - I'm having the same, lame issue as described above:
Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "http://www.t-mobile.com/support/home-internet/5g-gateway-g4ar" on this server.

I reported it to my browser, and I would love to get an answer from T-mo or anyone who knows is happening, if you will pardon my french. Is it a software bug, a glitch in T-mo's execution, a curse, or heaven forbid, some strange hacking attempt ? Has anyone ventured to "edgesuite.net" ?
btw-the G4AR (white device) is working, OTA internet signal is there, other websites are resolving; just the T-mo address seems to be blocked. Is it because I said something on the community and someone if messing with me lol ?

Did you ever get a response from T-mobile or resolve this in any way by yourself? I’m getting the same message, from a different bank, and yeah, the only workarounds are to turn off wifi on my phone and use the bank’s web app or to go to a friend’s house, where they have Verizon internet. Getting very frustrated by T-mobile’s lack of service.
