Cannot Pre Order Through Samsung -

I attempted to order tonight through Samsung for the S25 ultra, was blocked because of some setting on my account, Reddit states MCSA status.

Ok - well called customer care tonight and I have to let whoever reads this through tmobile that your customer service is horrible.

The first call, the rep had no idea what to do. Asked me to stay on hold - hung up on me.

Called again, another rep - gets me to a supervisor. Again asks me to wait on hold while they research it - after waiting for 15 minutes - again another hang up.

Second time it seems like when they struggle to find the answer, their solution is to hang up on you. There is no accountability, I barely understand their names, and when I call back its a different person every time.

Third call, ask to be transfered to supervisor - 10 minutes on hold, hung up on again.

4th call and again explaining it all over again.

Tmobile - Been with sprint for 20 years, never had this problem. Been here for about 5 years and every upgrade, every call to customer service, is a horrible experience I absolutely dread.

Its time to do a bottom up review of what customers experience when they interact with your customer service and support via the telephone.

I had a similar issue where my phone was set as a business account and i couldn't order through Samsung.  Contact T-Force using the chat feature on the T-Mobile Facebook page.  I spent 3 days trying to get a resolution and the t-force rep was able to fix the issue in 5 minutes.  Its worth a try.

The Customer Service experience definitely isn't great.  I have also never been able to successfully place an order on Samsung.com for a EIP through T-Mobile.  Ordering directly from Samsing and paying in full has never been an issue.  As frustrating as it is.  I ordered my s23 Ultra through T-Mobile, losing the bonus credit and extras.  Considering how little Samsung puts in the box.  I still needed to buy the wireless charger and 45 watt wall charger, which aren't cheap.  No regrets though but it cost me about an extra $200 in the end with the accessories and loss of credit.  I haven't tried to order through Samsung for an EIP through T-Mobile again.  If you really want the s25 series, grabbing it directly through T-Mobile shouldn't give you any issues.
