CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT
I was late on one payment back in August and have been double and triple charged restore fees ever since causing me to be suspended every 2 weeks since. When i call they hang up on me when they realize this . Cant get a person in America all overseas who just mock me when i get upset. I have a lawyer who is ready to file a lawsuit, anyone else having these issues?
I don't know how any of you can't get someone in the US when calling Customer Care. I called in to take advantage of a free line promo Saturday evening, just after 9PM ET, and got Madison from one of the west coast call centers and I was only on hold for about a minute.
If I need to call Customer Care, I usually call in the morning, around 7AM ET, and get someone from either Georgia or Virginia.
Yes I’m have same issues and more . I also have spam block yet I revive 173 text messages a day. I need the attorneys info . How do I find you to talk
It's not really something that the carriers are able to fully mitigate. Most of the time its due to your information being out on data broker sites and being sold to third parties. That happens any time you agree to cookies on any websites, those websites are then given permission to collect your information and sell it out. You're best bet to cut down on that is through third party services like Incogni or Delete Me.
