G5 wifi

I have a Roomba i3 vacuum that can be controlled with app. With my old phone and verizon it was fine. Now after updating to T-Mobile 5G wireless WIFI my roomba app says it is not compatible with 5G. ...

Hey @marcocholo Those user manuals have a ton of great information in them so I am glad that you were able to pull it up and look it over. Sorry you didn’t find the information that you were looking for. Updating the networks to separate the frequencies is done through the T-Mobile Internet app. We have a tutorial built on our support site that shows how to make those changes. 

  1. Start on our T-Mobile Internet app page
  2. Scroll down to For additional steps, check out T-Mobile Internet app tutorials! 
  3. Select Android or Apple
  4. The tutorial you want is under How to change network frequency bands
