t mobile home internet Netflix issues
I recently got 5G home internet and it seems to not play half of the stuff on Netflix. Is there a reason for this? Does anybody know or is it just me having issues? I know it won't place certain services but this is just certain videos. Doesn't even give me the option to play
Same thing started a couple weeks ago. Some things on Netflix play after a LONG delay. On Apple TVs, the “loading” spinner just spins for minutes with no error or change, until we give up.
Spent too long chatting with Netflix today, with low-information support agent telling me to contact my internet provider.
Netflix on TMHI had been working fine for a couple years (unlike HULU Live, which we gave up on).
might be a question for Netflix themselves..TMO would have zero control over what can or cant be watched via Netflix.
