Worst internet service I have ever had. Slow if it is connected. Can’t watch a movie without it loosing signal at least 10x. And when you talk to “tech support “ it’s just the same nonsense But to top it off one of my kids failed a final because of the terrible WiFi connection they were locked them out of their exam, for leaving the test. Not 1 person will tell you the same thing twice. Different response from every representative.
For the last three months, my internet service will cutout every night at 9:00 or 10:00. it can take up to an hour to come back. I've called, but you can't even begin to believe what I'm told;
The lake near you is interfering with the signal. Really? The lake's properties suddenly change at 9:00pm into signal eating monster?
A large building (or tree) is between you and the tower. Really? A tall building was built, or a tall tree suddenly grew next to me at 9:00pm? Well... I'm in the middle of three towers that are less than 2 miles away.
Congestion. Really? At 8:45 I had almost 200mbps, then suddenly at 9:00pm all of population of my little town started using the same tower as me? Even the Spectrum, Comcast, Verizon and AT&T customers?
