T-Mobile Home Internet Review
Over the last 2 or three weeks our internet service is terrible, that’s why I’m looking at other experiences here. I use a ‘speed test’ on my phone when it lags and at times even the speed test will not respond. The range when it’s good is upwards of 40Mbps but there are times it is below 1.0Mbps.
Second, ANY time we use our microwave, all systems stop. Anyone else made that connection?

Yes, service is spotty at best. Yes, expect to put up with <1mbps.
Two years ago, 9mbps was a good day for me. So, fast forward to Dec. 2024, I'm suddenly getting 200-250mbps! Well, it didn't take long to crush me back down... Internet shuts off now at 9:00pm or 10:00pm. No good to call it in, I'll just get Mau Mau'd.
By "all systems" I'm assuming you mean the internet service from your gateway device?
My microwave is about 20 feet from my gateway and there is no affect on my gateway. I thinking your gateway might be plugged into an outlet that is on the same circuit as the outlet you have the microwave plugged into.
The startup on the microwave draws a lot of current for an instant. That momentary drop could trigger your gateway to restart.
