I have the same question. T Mobile had promised a $50 gift card rebate when I signed up with T Mobile internet, which I was supposed to have received it in 8 weeks. I had totally forgotten about that rebate and just remembered it today. It has been four months now and it doesn’t bode well for T-Mobile.
That is not the way to keep customers T-Mobile. Get your act together!!
