why do links on the t-mobile page not work?

I tried to see detailed activity and I get An error occurred while processing your request with a 

Reference #.  I clicked on a support link and then clicked on ‘can’t find what I am looking for’ and got a similar ‘error processing’.  

What gives?  You would think all links should work...
