voicemail
"Recently, I've been getting voicemails many times a day. I think it's happening every hour or less. It's driving me crazy. There's no phone call, just a notification showing up in the status bar. When I click on the voicemail, it just connects to T-Mobile voicemail, but there's no message at all. I talked with customer service, they couldn't do anything. How can I fix it

I’m curious. When it calls the voicemail system, do you hear your voicemail options (press 1 for.. press 2 for.. etc.) or does it ask you to set up the voicemail?
If it prompts you to set up the voicemail, start with that. If you have other options, I would start with deleting all existing voicemails. If you want to save any, check out our Voicemail | T-Mobile Support for steps to do that. If you still get that voicemail issue, try following steps on our Voicemail troubleshooting | T-Mobile Support page.

It's a scam number that's being blocked but it can go to voicemail.
