Use this page to view your bill, manage bill delivery, and check usage in the T-Mobile for Business Account Hub portal.

 

Download a PDF bill

  1. Log in to Account Hub and go to Billing to select the desired account if you have multiple accounts.
  2. Select the download icon for the statement you want to download on the Statements tab.
  3. Choose a statement type (Summary or Detailed) and select Download.

Bill summary requests can take up to two hours to download while detailed bill requests can take up to 12 hours to download.

 

Billing settings

Enroll in paperless billing

  1. Log in to Account Hub and go to Billing to select the desired account if you have multiple accounts.
  2. Go to the Settings tab and select Bill Delivery.
  3. Choose Go green! Enroll in paperless billing.
  4. Enter your email address, then select Enroll. Select DONE.

Turn off paperless billing

  1. Log in to Account Hub and go to Billing to select the desired account if you have multiple accounts.
  2. Go to the Settings tab to select Bill Delivery.
  3. Select Send Paper Bill to:. and enter your complete mailing address. Select Enroll.
  4. Confirm unenrollment by selecting Yes, uneroll on the confirmation window. Select DONE.

Billing Address

  1. Log in to Account Hub and go to Billing to select the desired account if you have multiple accounts..
  2. Go to the Settings tab to select Bill Delivery.
  3. Select Edit, enter your address, then select Save.

 

View usage & Out-of-Plan charges

  1. Log in to Account Hub and go to Billing to select the desired account if you have multiple accounts.
  2. Go to the Usage tab to view the current and last three billing period details, talk time, text, data used, and out-of-plan charges
  3. Select a billing period to view charges by line.
