Worst customer service I have ever experienced...I called to let T-Mobile know that I am 1.5 years into a 2 year contract for a Samsung Flip 5 phone that the screen is now separating at the fold. I wanted to upgrade (eligible on my plan) to replace this worn out phone that did not last the 2 years of the contract. I was told to take it to a store for evaluation which I did today and was told that I would have to pay the balance of the phone (290) to upgrade and that there is nothing they can do. Very angry that my phone is now not working correctly (cannot use in area where screen is deformed) through no fault of mine and only due to product defect and that T-Mobile is not helping with a replacement or repair.
