Deal not Honored
I purchased 2 iPhone 16s in November with the deal of $300 credit per phone. I have now chatted with customer service 3 times and called one time. I’m still not getting the proper bill credits. Anyone else have this issue?

I have been lied to every month, sometimes more then once a month since November of 24. I have had this account since 2009. I am to the point, I guess my only recourse it to pay off the 3 phones that were supposed to be 0.00 per month and close the account.
Absolutely disgusted at the dishonest practices that are happening w/ this company.- TmobileliesNetwork Novice
UPdate: I did file a complaint w/ the FCC

We switched to T-Mobile from X-finity in January 2025. I have been fighting with them since they sent the first bill. It was wrong from day one and they refuse to change it. We brought our phone numbers and the iphone 14 phones were supposed to be free, but charges included monthly rental of the iphones. I have had several phone conversations with idiots that want to review my bill - are you kidding me review my bill - the bill has been wrong since day one - I don't want it reviewed, I don't want to talk about it and I am not going to agree to something else. I want it fixed. I want it to be the original agreement I signed when I went into the store and purchased the phones. I went back to the store 2 times and spent an hour each time for the guy to call corporate and for them to do nothing. I have had 5 or 6 chat sessions with more T-Mobile employees who gave me the same runaround. Yep, this is one for the BBB, FCC, FUU, and everybody else. This is an obvious bait and switch, and they do not care. So come on!!

Please let me know if you figure out a way to take legal action

I purchased 2 - 24 Ultra phones on my business account. The rep at the store said it was completely free, I called the customer service line and they confirmed it would be completely free. They reviewed the phone call and confirmed the promise, fired the rep that sold me the phone and still won't honor the agreement, over 20 calls and 5 store visits 30 miles away. I've been with them for 22 years (14 years as a business), they were on up until now. The lack of accountability makes me hate this company now. I hate that I have to sue them.

This is now resolved; sort of. After bugging the boss he got with his boss and arranged 4 months without a bill. The website says balance due $-466.00 so I know it's legit. But i'll still have a $167 bill for the remaining 20 months which I didn't want. oh well. At least I never have to pay for the phones. terrible experience overall. the original excuse was that Consumer Cellular was exempt from the free phone deal but i'm suspicious.
