Hello, we need to activate esim on device serial number F37D3H9VTJ, iOS version 18.2, I need to get an unlock code because I use a different carrier, apple told me that I can contact you to get the code.
Are you a customer of T-Mobile USA? They can only unlock phones sold by them and the unlock requirements must be met.
