I followed the instruction, but my Apple watch rebate is denied. Please help!

I ordered an Apple Watch on Dec. 25, 2021. Within the order email, it clearly stated that “

Activate with T-Mobile to get a $100 virtual prepaid MasterCard®.

Within 90 days of ordering your new Apple Watch, activate a new* Paired DIGITS line. You'll then have 30 days after activating your new cellular service on your Apple Watch to complete the application using promo code 2021APPLEWATCHRETAIL1 at promotions.t-mobile.com. Within six to eight weeks of submitting your application, you'll receive a $100 virtual prepaid MasterCard®.”

I activated the Apple watch and submitted the rebate on Jan. 3, 2022. (Well within 90 days of ordering and 30 days of activating).

However, my rebate got denied. Would you please help me to re-instate the rebate? I am OK with an account credit if virtual card is not available.
