My Incoming Calls Never Go To Voicemail
My incoming calls never go to voicemail. It used to work. Now, even when I try to set it to a certain number of rings or seconds (have googled, etc.), my calls just ring and ring until the caller hangs up. What can I do about this?
You may need to contact Tmobile support to reset it.
