T Mobile app doesnt load

After logging in my Tmobile spp doesn’t load it keeps spinning- switches between the circle and processing (stuck i a loop going back and forth). No one at Tmobile can’t figure out the problem even though they gave me a ticket number. I think I tried everything- any ideas?
