Tmobile has bullied me and now i cant receive my employee discount
I called in to remove a line on the Amplified account, At that time i was told everything was good to go and the line was removed. I later noticed that i was still being charged for two lines, I called back in and was told at that time that they were unable to adjust the amount of my plan bc it was no longer offered. That’s when i told them that T-Mobile was still listed under my employee discount program, so i looked and let Customer care know it was the Mag. Max plan. I was told ok well get that changed… that never happened. Work Perks is telling me that don't qualify for the program bc i changed my plan...I had no choice remind you they told me i was going to pay 130 because they could adjust the amount. So i was bullied into changing my plan and now i cant receive my discount. After being with the company for 4 years, the worse thing yall did was merge with Sprint. Bc now yall have the same bully mindset as they do. That’s the reason I left sprint and came to T-Mobile, it took 5 call before i could get someone to help without lies

Have you tried contacting Tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms to like Facebook or Twitter to see if they can help you they also are a higher tier of support.
