Update Operation Failed when editing e911 address

Call Customer Care at 611 and have them do this manually.
I see this is a three year old thread but I’m running into the same issue. The website update doesn’t work and calling Customer Care didn’t help. I don’t use other social media so I guess an old-fashioned snail mail letter is my only remaining option.
