I’m having the same issue. They wouldn’t accept my USAF issued retired ID card. Took me two days to get the link to upload it. Then I was told to send a photo of my VA issued ID card. Took 6 hours to get the link to upload it. Rejected again. I finally took a picture of my DD 214 and have been trying to upload it for 8 hours. Tried to contact SheerID and got a failure notice saying that I wasn’t authorized to post to that group. Apparently this has been going on for over 2 years and T-Mobile, who supposedly cares so much about veterans, doesn’t seem t care enough to put in a couple hours work to get the system straightened out. T-Mobile says they will accept almost anything that proves your service, but won’t accept official ID cards?
