why won't my account stay logged in?
so i type in my email or phone number and password and boom, it starts signing me in but immediately (or give it a few seconds) takes me back to the log in with no explanation.
no wrong password or reset password (even tho i did just to see) No notice or notification of any kind, its an endless loop???
Same issue on multiple devices. Perhaps T-Mobile could fix their login? Using an ad blocker or VPN, if that is the issue, is normal behavior and should not interfere with customers being able to get things done on T-Mobile’s website.
That sounds like your browser settings are preventing you from staying signed in. Whether that's due to an ad locker, cookie settings, VPN, or private browsing mode. It could be due to a number of settings.
