Your primary number has been cancelled.
I’ve been out of the US for 6-7 months and a few weeks ago I received an email that my phone number has been cancelled. Is there any way I can reclaim a phone number (or get a new one) and use the SIM card that I already own? I really do want to avoid going to a tmobile shop in person because it is too far from where I will be living.
If you're in the USA TMobile can mail it to you otherwise you will have to wait till you get back in the states. TMobile doesn't ship internationally.
If there is no tmobile store near my location, how can I get a new sim card and new number?

Was it a prepaid plan? If so the number probably has been reissued so you will need a new sim and phone number.
