Why is my phone popping up with app recomendations all the time?
How I turn it off?
It could be a rogue app as suggested above or it could be the plague App Selector that comes pre-installed on newer devices using T-Mobile firmware variants. Look for App Selector in All Apps under Settings and disable it. In some cases, this app is installed on the system partition and can’t be completely removed without root.
Have you downloaded any new apps recently? Try checking your notification settings for the app that sent the latest notification.
