customer service closed
This is the first time since 2008 that I have call 611 and was told they are closed. I've had T-Mobile for over a Decade and never once has this happened. I'll call late but I'd get the office in the Philippines or in India but normally where I live you get the customer service center in New Mexico. I called every number T-Mobile has from business line to the simple 611 and it told me that its closed. How is this possible?
T-Mobile has not had 24 hour Customer Service for quite some time now. Customer Care is open now though. Calling at 7AM eastern time has always gotten me US based customer care, usually from the east coast.
