Galaxy A14 5G

Has anyone else experienced a problem with the side button falling off on the Issue with A14 5G phone ?  I have only had my phone for less than 5 months and it also has an Otter Box case.  The button on the right side fell off and I’m told this is from wear and tear not product defect and the Samsung warranty does not apply.  At the time of purchase I also bought the Otter Box Case.  There is a rubber button for the top on the case, but the other side button is exposed.

I am curious if anyone else has experienced this issue.
