Google playstore apps stuck on pending when on my phone is connected to mobile data
Tried clearing cache and data, tried removing accounts, have set the date and time to correct timezones and to auto, tried reinstalling playstore as well as play services, checked the app settings to...
Did you ever get this resolved? Is your Play Store app up to date? Is your Google Play Security patch up to date? Does your device have enough space for the app updates? Does your device meet the app update requirements? Is your Play Store setting set to download apps over any network?
If your device is rooted. That may interfere with app updates, especially for Goigle apps.
Have you tried clearing the Play Store cache and data? Have you tried doing the same for Google Services?
Yes I resolved my issue, I had to connect to a completely different WI-FI. Along with having T-Mobile cell service, I also have T-Mobile internet. Once I connected to a different Wi-Fi I was able to update and download all of my apps. I then proceeded to download a VPN so I won't have this issue again.

Yes, my play store was up to date. Yes, the Google play security patch was up to date. Yes, I have over 100gbs available. Yes, my device met the app update requirements. Yes, my play store setting was set to download over any network. No, my device isn't rooted. Yes, the first thing I did was clear the play store cache and data and Google services. I also restarted my phone. I did every possible troubleshooting available short of factory resetting my phone.
The issue seems to be between T-Mobile and Google services.
