help phone not registered error

Just today I am unable to send/receive calls. An error msg pops up saying your phone’s not registered on a network, so you can only make emergency calls. Can anyone tell my why this is happening? Its affecting all members of my household. 3 phones, 2 dif accounts. The phones are all android and we did restart them.

    It's sporadic ,I rarely get a 5G signal, and the calls drop randomly since I got the new sim

    I did yesterday, and I'm still having the issue even worse now

    Visit your local T-Mobile Store and get a replacement SIM card.
