I lost a phone and need it to be disconnected

I have lost my phone and the number is 708-***-**** and I need for it to be disconnected.

    You can reach out to T-Mobile by sending them a DM on Facebook or Twitter.  They should be able to deactivate your phone for you.

    Only if it was that simple but the Tmobile employees on this forum don't have account access and this site isn't monitored full time so you're going to have to call from another handset or go to a store to report it.
