my phone has been rooted
I started having issues my new phone and I found out, My phone has been rooted with busy box, and on my account says MSIDNS added on 12/7. I didn't do either. I need my phone secured. Please help.
Lock the bootloader and factory reset the device. Depending on the device, flashing the latest stock full firmware image is also recommended.

rooting usually isnt something that is done remotely. usually it must be plugged into your computer/laptop
