Need to access Text messages
My son was using an Android phone/line on my TMobile account. He died suddenly in September. His phone is screen locked but I want to access the text messages on the phone. Messages for August and up to 9/12/22. Is this possible? Are they on website I can access. Customer service was no help.
You will need to know his screen lock code to access them. If you get it wrong too many times though, the device will lock you out and factory reset. T-Mobile does not store text messages unless required by law enforcement through a warrant.
