    This was happening to me, and for me, what solved it was turning off my VPN

You're a life saver! I was on the phone with tmobile for over an hour, to no avail. The rep even tried to convince me to let her complete a function that would delete all of my voicemails. They don't have a clue. After looking at your solution and turning off my VPN, my voicemail is back in business! Thanks again!
