my service was suspended because i was charged $457.90 for not returning equipment???? I wasn’t done with my equipment and my bill was paid so i need that 457.90 taken off my account and my service restored. I work from home so my internet is vital to my survival. and i can’;t remember my security pin for the life of me. i know all my other info. this is a huge inconvienence that  is unwarranted
