Arcadyan & Windows 7
My Windows 7 desktop will not connect to the new Arcadyan gateway. I even separated the wifi signals on the gateway. Now the only one that shows for my computer is the 2.4 wifi but no matter how many times I run the connection troubleshooter or reboot both items, no connection. My Windows 10 laptop connects fine. Never had this problem with the Nokia gateway. Ideas to try, please?

The first thing to try, is to update your network driver on your Win7 desktop to the most current version.
If that doesn’t solve the issue, then lowering the transmission mode or encryption mode on the gateway may help.
While those settings are available on the Nokia, they are not found on the Arcadyan GUI. It appears you may have to use a backdoor method to access those settings.
