Gateway

I just installed the new Gateway for internet connection. It works fine when connecting to websites except when trying to connect to the T-Mobile website. Here is the error message I get when trying to access the T-Mobile website using the Gateway connection:

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://www.t-mobile.com/home-internet/faq?" on this server.

I cannot connect using Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome.

I can connect to the T-Mobile website using my phones Hotspot.
