How to Get Text Notifications for 5G Home Internet?
When I signed up for 5G Home Internet, I was assigned a T-Mobile telephone number for the gateway device - I get it. BUT I want to have my bill related texts sent to my actual cell phone number that is NOT T-Mobile. I went into settings in my T-Mobile account, and my gateway telephone number is there, but I can’t add another number. Does that make sense? Can anyone help?

If the only thing you have on your T-Mobile account is the internet, your account will not get text notifications. You’ll get email notifications if you setup a T-Mobile ID, so that would be way easier to check than snail mail. There is not any way to have the notifications sent to non-T-Mobile phone numbers.
