T-Mobile Internet App Discontinued

I liked using the T-Mobile Internet app to reset the 5G modem when it wasn't responsive. The T-Mobile Life app cannot do this because it has to be logged in, but you can't log in when the modem is down. I don't understand why T-Mobile wants us to unplug the modem. It's a huge pain. I uninstalled the T-Mobile Life app because it doesn't do anything useful, and barfing ads isn't useful. I don't know why corporations insist on making services harder to use. I guess I can buy a remote plug or something. It can't use Wi-Fi because the modem needs to be working. You see what a huge pain all this is? The app has the functionality to reset the modem, but you deny us this ability.
