Unable to see connected devices on Home Internet App

Update: I worked with T-Mobile chat support and had to uninstall T-Life, the re-download and reinstall. Now I can get to screens in the app that were not there before.

I uninstalled and reinstalled, and that did not resolve my problem of always seeing zero connected devices. FWIW, I'm running on iOS 18.4.

Same for me too. The TLife app just updated for me on my Android. I was expecting the fix to work.
