My T-Mobile service has been canceled and don’t know how to reactivate

Has it been more than 60 days since your account was active? If so, it is more than likely that the account has been cancelled. If it hasn’t been more than 60 days. Have you tried calling *233 (*add) to see if it recognizes your number? If the automated system does, see if it will allow you to add funds to reactive your service.
