How can I contact T-Mobile Corporate Office?
How can I contact T-Mobile Corporate Office? I reached out to T-Mobile on December 18 with an inquiry and keep getting told that someone would call me which has not happened. This is an unprofessional way to treat a loyal customer. It seems the representatives on T-Mobile chat just lied their way through our multiple conversations. I’m fed up!

Tmobile took too much money out of my personal account, I called in to speak with a representative and she couldn't help me so I asked for a supervisor and the supervisor refused to help me/ find a resolution to my problem. She cut me off and said, "is there anything else I xan help you with" and I said so now you're refusing to help me and she just repeated herself and did not help me.

I am totally done with T-Mobile. I NEED A RESOLUTION TODAY! I bought a new phone after being with T-Mobile for quite some time. It arrived. I packed up my old iPhone which was in perfect condition and took it to UPS. They scanned it in and lost it. That was about a week, if that, after getting the new one.
Long story short, they confirmed UPS lost it and are now DISENROLLING ME FROM MY PROMOTION FOR THE NEW PHONE after being ASSURED after hours and hours on chat that they see it's all out of my hands and that I did return to to the UPS Store.
This morning, two months later, I have been disenrolled in the program for -- ready? -- FAILURE TO RETURN MY TRADE-IN.
I AM DONE!!! I HAVE WASTED HOURS UPON HOURS OF MY LIFE I WILL NEVER GET BACK. FOR WHAT?
I was also promised a credit of $180 from the last of the many customer service agents I've dealt with over this, all upon MY initiation, for all the grief this has put me through. Well, they don't realize or care that THIS IS STILL CONTINUING GRIEF GOING ON IN MY LIFE AND I CAN'T TOLERATE IT ANY MORE. - GeorgetNewbie Caller
I honestly have spoken with 8 different people including several supervisors and no body can figure out anything they over charge me don't know why and then barter with the money back I was never supposed to pay.. give me deals a d then take them back and every mistake then has me on thr phone for hours all over again... I can't speak with another call center I need someone in charge before I burst!

Some how it is hard to say that is there a worse cell phone provider than Straight Talk. T-Mobile has made the bottom of the list of all cell service providers. Reps make many excuses and try to make the company rules work for them and thrown the customer under the bus. Corporate stores vs authorized dealers are so different that they do not align with corporate. The sales rep at Walmart was a complete liar and tells you what she wants to gain a sale. I have been dealing with these none working phones for 4 months. Billing issues for 3 months of over charges, cause the Walmart rep did not set it up correctly, Then phone reps promising that it has been fixed. Three months later still automatic drafts with over charges. So I am out of town and T-Mobile overcharged me and I was not able to get a hotel room for the night ( I was out on business), so my wife and I had to sleep at the grocery store parking lot. I address the concern with T-Mobile and they did not care. My phones from day one had not worked properly since day one. I called and had many promises to repair, call backs and neither had been done. The last rep/supervisor over looked that I said day one and said that I had 30 days to take the phones back but placed it on the authorized dealer when I had been calling in. Everything there after then revolved against the 30 day return policy. Therefore no resolution, tried escalating and he says he is as high as I can escalate other than writing a letter my mail. So how does it take 4 months with no resolution from a company like T-Mobile. We made the move to get away from Straight Talk bad customer service and T-Mobile ended up being the worst! So my recommendation is do not buy from an authorized dealer, they have the bottom end of the products and they do not align to T-Mobile. If there is no stock do not get into the contract as it will mess everything up. Read everything cause T-Mobile does not care about you once they think they have you locked in. I have asked for escalation or call from corporate and was told nobody will call us back. So it really looks like I am searching another carrier.

Unfortunately you have to write a letter to corporate.I looked all over to see if I could find a contact #.What I did was leave a bad review on here and a supervisor contacted me.I hope this helps.

Can ANYONE offer any help Please!
I returned a phone per all of t-mobiles instructions. I am now being charged for said phone. Records clearly show the phone I returned was received and signed for and yet t-mobile is still charging me for the phone. I have spent over 6 hours and a month and a half on the phone being told the problem will be investigated. They are still charging me for the phone and the problem is not getting resolved. All numbers lead 611. I would appreciate any help please.

I have the same problem, I trade two phones and they only give me the promotion for one, they keep telling me that they will fix the issue but I’m still waiting since December. I have the confirmation that they received the phones. Does any of you have the problem solved?

This happened to me 2 months ago, I found the UPS delivery tracking number and provided it to them, I was still being charged after they verified they received it! I escalated to a manager and got really nasty with them. I demanded they fix my bill right away and apply the necessary credits. They honored my request, but Now I’m having issues with them honoring the promotion they offered me on a different phone. Smh, T-Mobile is a freaking joke!

Im am going through the same thing right now!!! I returned a phone after one was sent to replace a defective phone since August. Phone was returned on September 16th at 2:11 pm and delivered to their center in Ft. Worth, TX. Even took the screenshot to prove it only to get the run around and even having my service interrupted multiple times as T-Mobile says they cannot find it. This is the worst customer service I have experienced and will be switching to a different provider after being a loyal 12 year customer. T-MOBILE SUCKS!!

Same thing happened to me- 7 YEARS later and I just left T-Mobile store after having to pay $200 for an Airbnb so I could talk to a “manager.” She wasn’t in when I went in yesterday. Totally useless and complete BAIT AND SWITCH COMPANY!!!!! Any phone or sales rep can manage to totally f$*! Up your account- but not one person at T-Mobile has any ability to fix it. I’ve OVERPAID T-Mobile by THOUSANDS and it’s only gotten way worse. The plan I signed up for, signed a WRITTEN CONTRACT FOR has been changed over and over without my knowledge or consent, I’ve been billed over $900 for a phone that was returned but somehow got overlooked in the warehouse, I find out today that I’m STILL being charged, my plan has been changed, I no longer receive the services I’ve been paying for and signed up for, the phone is completely useless, I seem to pay more and more and get less and less. I’m done. I will never ever ever recommend T-Mobile to anyone. In fact- I’ll be doing a public service by warning everyone to stay the HELL AWAY from this total scam company. I have a business account with 4 lines of service and my child has better connection, faster internet, better hotspot, and doesn’t lose service 10 times in a 50 mile radius of her home. Nobody in their right mind would ever pay close to $600 mo. for this s$!t service. So done and will be filing suit, contacting FCC & BBB. Too many people with identical issues to be coincidence. It’s Bait and Switch and it’s ILLEGAL. Fair warning T-Mobile corporate.

T-Mobile Is so unprofessional the customer service department don't have any knowledge of handling customers issues at all the supervisor’s are also the worse!I have been trying to reach the corporate office all week to discuss my issues that I'm having with T-Mobile they also are robbing people blind!I would not recommend family nor friends to this company!!
If someone can direct me to corporate that would be great.!
