They are a bunch of liars. I've been with them since 2002 & let me tell you, my first bill was almost $2K when it was supposed to be $39 per months with "Free Nights & Weekends" (yeah, seems like eons ago). I had to fight with them THEN over my bill whereas it went from "they were unable to locate the contract when I started the service, to some made up contract that I never signed. Thank goodness I keep everything. Fast forward to now after all the "We'll never increase your plan/ You're Grandfathered in" and now all of a sudden they're increasing my rate plan because they feel like they "just can" under the falsehood of "rising costs" without any proof of those "costs."
I will be submitting complaints to both the FCC as well as my State Attorney General. They "crapped all over" us loyal customers with a middle-finger candle atop their cake they threw at us who have been with them for at least 10-15+ years. Reciprocated cutomer-business loyalty no longer matters in this day & age just money, Money, MONEY!
