usage

Why can we not access usage either via the app or website. This feature seems to come and go at T-Mobile discretion, can’t you get it together and have this available at all times. God knows we pay enough for the service

    Same issue here. T-Mobile data usage function has been very unreliable recently.

    When was your last bill generated?  I noticed it takes a couple of days for usage details to show up afterwards.
